Friday was the day that our syndicate went to Spencer Park. We went there to get to know each other better. We went by bus but it wasn't far to travel.
When we got there we had morning tea. I sat with my friends and we decided what we wanted to play on in the playground. After morning tea we went and played on the climbing net. I just went straight on to it and climbed to the top.
After a while we went down to the beach. When we got there we had to make a tower as tall as we could. We made a good tower out of driftwood but we didn't win.
After that we had some running races on the beach. We run about 50 metres up and back. I won one race.When the racing was over we went back for lunch. I had tuna and a ham and cheese croissant.
Our next activity was to play on the playground or with some sports gear. I played on the playground for another half an hour.
Lastly we took the bus home to South Hornby School. It was the best day of my life.
